What Should You Do for Your Audition and Monologue?

If you'd like to audition for an acting role, sign up for an audition time on the sheet outside of the choir room (time slots are for Thursday, March 13th), and then prepare a 1-2 minute monologue. Not sure what a monologue is? Check out the first video which gives some basics about a monologue:

While it's ideal to memorize your monologue script, it's not completely necessary. At least get familiar enough with it so that you don't need to absolutely be glued to it throughout your monologue. We just want to see your ability to communicate with your body and voice.
